Federica Vitali - Soprano
In October 2016 Federica Vitalidebutedthe role of Amalia inI Masnadieri at the Verdi Festival in Parma and Busseto directed by Leo Muscato and conducted by Simon Krecic. In spring 2016 she sang Musetta in La Bohème for AsLiCo in Como, Sondrio, Bergamo and Rome and in August she debuted the role of Micaela in Carmen at the Munot Fortress Festival in Schaffhausen, Switzerland
In 2015 she debuted theVioletta in La Traviata at the Teatro Filodramatici in Milanand in the same year she was Mimì in La Bohème. She created the role of Malvy in the world premiereof Una DiVino Commedia by Oscar Winner Luis Bacalov at the Auditoro Verdi in Milan conducted by the composer.
Federica Vitali made her debut in 2010 as Clarina in La Cambiale di Matrimonio followed bySerpina in La Serva Padrona, Adina in Elisir d’amore, Musetta in La Bohème, Mozart’s Coronation Mass and Requiem and the European Premier of Gomes’ Missa Brevis.
Federica Vitali has won prizes and awarads including the Youngest Singer Prize at the “Spiros Argiris” International Competition, Finalist “Maria Callas” International Competition , “Giulio Neri” International Competition and she hasdebutedthe role of Violetta in La Traviataat Teatro Filodrammatici in Milan as part of the“Voce all'opera” Competition organized by “amici del loggione” of Teatro alla Scala . She won special prizes from Wiener Staatsoper at the Salicedoro Competition,. finalist at “Gaetano Franchini” competition and third prize in “Maria Kraja” Competition in Tirana, Albania.
Her repertory includes some of the major leading soprano roles including La Traviata, La Bohème, I Masnadieri, Turandot (Liù), La Rondine, Pagliacci, Don Giovanni (Donna Anna), Carmen, Elisir d’amore, Mozart’s Requiem, Verdi’s Requiem.
